3. Telematics & Data Responsibility

• Ensure that the collection and transmission of vehicle and driver data does not pose safety risks due to system failure, poor maintenance, or misuse.
• Protect users from data breaches and maintain system uptime and secure access to mission-critical tracking infrastructure.
• Use technology responsibly to promote road safety, ethical monitoring, and compliance.
